Stephen Graham Bullock
We respectfully ask the head of the British Army, General Sir Peter Wall, to take immediate action against Stephen Graham Bullock who has admitted strangling a rescue dog to death in Basingstoke. Bullock's lawyers successfully argued that if he were to be given a custodial sentence then he would miss basic training with the army (for which he has been accepted). The British Army's own PDF focument on respect and values talks about how seriously it takes soldiers behaviour both on and off duty to ensure the public hold them in high esteem and that they are fitting of such a position within HM Forces. We implore General Wall to ensure that someone who has no regard for suffering of animals is not accepted into the British Army, else it may send out a terrible wrong impression tot he public that such behaviour is condoned by the British Army. thank you The Undersigned
