I the undersigned do hereby declare that I feel Stephen Kilgore of Jeffersonn County, Alabama has duly paid his debt to society after serving more than 10 years incarcerated for the crime of murder. During his incarceration he has remained free from trouble, remained in school, has made the Deans List twice, received his GED and a Drafting Degree and resides in the Honor Dorm. I furthermore feel that Stephen Kilgore should be granted parole and allowed to re-enter society, of which i believe he wil be a law abiding and productive member of.

Steve turned his life around in there. 10 years is long enough and he has clearly learned his lesson. People deserve a second chance when they work this hard to better themselves.
