I knew David very well prior to the incident occurring, so I know in my heart that he would never intentionally cause bodily harm to anyone. I feel he has served enough time for his part in it and that he should get another chance at life. Thank you.

Part of Davids family through marriage. My nephews wife is Davids sister. His whole family supports him and is waiting to be with him again. My great nieces and nephew need to know their Uncle.

I know if dave was given another shot he would succeed .I did 13 years now I have a job making good money a new car and bought a new home .people make mistakes there comes a time when u have to give someone a second chance .dave is a real smart guy that has alot of family and ffriends that will be there for him .

I have known David for over 20 years and he worked for me in the prison system. I was a private contractor and he worked for me as a programmer. He was a hard worker, very intelligent and very dependable. I would hire him the day he got released which I hope is soon.

I personally served with this man and he was instrumental to the success of my own rehabilitation. Without men like him I would not have come home to be the successful citizen I am today.

I knew David and his family before the incident. I was shocked he was even involved, but after hearing more details I could understand how a young man could get mixed up with a bad situation. I don't feel keeping him in is a bennifit to anyone. He paid more than enough and I believe it's time to let him rejoin his family and friends.

I knew his father well, almost like a dad to me. We talked many times about David. I believe he has served enough time and should be granted parole. I’ve seen people do a lot worse and serve less time. He couldn’t even be there for his father to say goodbye and that saddens me. Time to do the right thing
