Are you looking in to Beauty Schools and the only option here in Central Oregon is Phagans and it just doesn't feel like the school for you? Or would you just like to have another option available? Northwest College has 5 campuses in the Portland area and are a great school! NWC is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS) and is licensed by the Oregon Department of Education and the Board of Cosmetology.
