At least 22 states have a spay and neuter license plate, including neighboring states Washington and California. Spay and neuter license plates can help provide funding needed to help control the pet population and end pet homelessness as well as promote public awareness. This petition is aimed at mobilizing support for a pet spay/neuter license plate in Oregon to be presented to the Oregon DMV headquarters in Salem. Please help circulate this petition.
