We demand The President Of The United States, To take a stand and make it mandatory to Spay / Neuter all pets to cut down on the pet over population. Not only will it cut down on pet over population but it will also cut down on back yard breeders , and dog fighting, and in cases of animal hoarding. This is a law we need, not only will it cut down on the pet over population but it will also help cut a lot of shelters cost, which will also mean more money for cities and counties that pass this law.

Only verified/accredited/licensed breeders should be allowed to have unneutered/unspayed animals.
It needs to be a law and with a big fine for not spaying/neutering your pet, Voluntary is just not working.
Agree 100% that this would be the only solution to unresponsible pet owners adding to the over population problem.
I want to help stop the killing of our animals! The shelters DONT shelter they assign a number like a prisoner & thrown into a cell. IF they're lucky!!...I have worked at 2 SHELTERS & know how they operate behind closed doors!!
I'm begging our gov.to make this a reality.a lot of people can't aford to spay or nut.there pets.I know there's low cost places but in this econ.people just can't aford it.sorry can't donate to your cause.I have a lot of rescued animals & thanks to nuter scooter & humainciiy all my pets are fixed.
I AM ALL FOR THIS!

It's a shame that millions of dogs and cats are murdered in "shelters" every year while the breeding of new pups and kittens for selfish and ignorant people is still legal - in a civilized country!
