We, the undersigned, are parents, concerned citizens, and taxpayers in the City of Fitchburg that feel the non-renewal of Mr.William Terrill's contract by the Superintendent is without regard for all of Mr. Terrill's accomplishmnets over his past 22 years of dedicated service to the children of Fitchburg. He has always stood up and fought for our children, the quality of their education, health and safety. He is a true educational leader who has brought the City of Fitchburg recongition from the State of Mass by having one of its elementary schools, South Street Elementary School, be awarded the prestigious title of Compass School. To date this honor has only been given to two elementary schools in the state, all under the leadership of Mr.Terrill. We want Mr. Terrill to continue in his postion as Principal of South Street Elementary School. He has done so very much for our children and our city. Mr. Terrill is our educational leader who is also an inspiration to our children.
