I fully support and urge Southlake Carroll ISD to hire Heather Maher as NTN Head Age Group Coach. Coach Maher will bring immediate stability to NTN for the 14&U swimmers as she is a certified USA swim coach, ASCA level 5 coach and has a large following of swimmers in the North Texas area. I pledge that my child(ren) will stay with NTN or move back to NTN for the 2022-2023 season if Coach Maher is retained full-time as NTN Head Age Group Coach.

I have been hearing from so many of you about how vital Coach Maher is to our swimmers and honestly the stories people are sharing in the comments are just so incredibly moving. I am spending my time currently trying to get in touch with the decision makers at the district because the current ambiguity is wearing everyone out and we really need a stable path forward soon.

Is this actually happening because I keep refreshing the page and the support just keeps climbing. It is honestly overwhelming to see how much everyone wants Coach Maher in this role and I am just so glad we are all on the same page.

Mr. Keasler, please do what’s best for this organization. Heather Maher will solve the attrition and retention issue and will affect the most immediate change and help to repair an awful situation.
Worked with her for years. Awesome technique coach. Loves the kids and could get ntn up and running quickly. Probably could bring in coaches and bring back all the kids that left ntn for her club.
100% support. Heather coached my first five kids and she’s the best.
Heather is an amazing age group coach! NTN has not had a decent age group coach since the recent coach made up stories to push her out. Now that the dishonest person is gone, Heather should be allowed to come back.
Heather is the best choice! ❤️

Coach Heather is straight forward to the point so much so that she could make some people feel uncomfortable. She is definitely NOT a politician. Perhaps this could be the reason why some people do not like her. She may have offended more people than she can count. However, she does not play favorite. She tries to treat everyone equally. Not only does she see the potential, she is going out of her way to encourage the kids to achieve them. I believe Heather can bring a much needed leadership, direction & stability to the Age Group programs in the NTN.
