The council remains silent despite our efforts which is disheartening but not unexpected. I spent the morning reviewing the club results again and remain convinced that losing Tracey would be a mistake for every swimmer involved. We keep pushing because the alternative is watching the community we built disappear.

Reaching this level of support has been a long and exhausting process that proves how vital Tracey is to our community. I am tired but feeling a renewed sense of purpose knowing that so many of you refuse to let this club fall apart.

Tracey Waters, the current Head Swim Coach at Corrimal Pool is foremost a leader of the next generation. Tracey’s dedication, coaching techniques and inclusiveness continue to bring out the personal best in our daughter. I support Tracey Waters as Head Coach of Corrimal Swim Club.
Tracey is 100% dedicated to the sport and the kids she coaches who all look up to her. I fully support Tracey continuing as coach at Corrimal pool and dont want to be forced to go elsewhere if she is not reappointed
Tracey Waters is an absolute treasure to both the Wollongong City Council and Corrimal Swim Club she has kept many a child off the streets with giving the kids an interest in both swimming and a healthy lifestyle.
Tracey Waters is an asset to both Wollongong City Council and Corrimal Swim Club in her role as head coach at Corrimal Pool - why change a coach that has operated successfully for over 20 years.
As life members of corrimal swimming club we fully support Tracey waters in her role as swim coach at Corrimal Pool. Our involvement with Tracey over many years was evidenced by her passion, motivation and diligence for her role as swim coach and mentor too all her charges.
having been one of Tracey's elite swimmers for many years I think the proposed changes are a disgrace and as a learn to swim teacher if Tracey loses her position I will never agin send my students on to train under the new appointed head coach out of my respect for Tracey.
Tracey should definitely remain as head coach at Corrimal pool. Her dedication to her job and the kids is amazing.

having been one of Tracey's elite swimmers for many years I think the proposed changes are a disgrace and as a learn to swim teacher if Tracey loses her position I will never agin send my students on to train under the new appointed head coach out of my respect for Tracey.
