Special Meeting Request Form
Pursuant to Texas Property Code §209.0051(h)
We, the undersigned members of the Somercrest Homeowners Association, hereby request a Special Meeting of the Membership to be held in accordance with our governing documents and Texas law.
Purpose of the Special Meeting:
To request a transparent discussion and community-wide understanding of the current roles, duties, and responsibilities of The Jacksons, and to hear directly from them regarding their vision, goals, and plan of action for the direction of the community moving forward.
This meeting is requested in the interest of clarity, communication, and collaboration between HOA leadership and community members.

THIS HAS GONE ON WAY TOO LONG WE DESERVE ANSWERS ABOUT OUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD
Glad someone is finally taking action. The lack of clear communication from the board is getting ridiculous.

About time. Nobody knows what is happening with the budget or why they are suddenly in charge of everything.
