Stop approving solar power plants, cell towers, and other requests for non-residential zoning in areas already zoned as residential.
Stop the building of solar power plants in residential areas, bringing down the value of adjacent properties. More research for negative effects should be made before allowing power plants near your home.

This is ridiculous. Solar farms have no business around residential property, or even agricultural property. The production of power is an industrial activity and should be performed only in industrial zones.
