hey guys! as we all know social media is currently not allowed on streamate in any form, and advertising our social media can get your account suspended! yikes. these days Twitter and Instagram are huge parts of camming and keeping a consistent relationship between you and your members. before making the switch to streamate I used other cam sites and the integration and relationship of social media with cam sites has always been beneficial. it is a great way to keep people in the know about shows you have planned, which is difficult to do with streamates current interface. sign if you'd like the ability to advertise your social media on streamate!

Streamate should realize that social media is something models can use to benefit themselfs and Streamate. Models can post on social media when they are planning to be on cam so members know when to come visit them on Streamate. It is a little silly that Streamate basically tries to pretend social media doesn't exist.
Live cams' unique competitive advantage in comparison with other adult media is interaction and personal connection. The social media prohibition on SM actively prevents me from making a lasting connection with my customers - which is a basic necessity according to marketing 101, even more so given the intimate nature of the transaction. Given that for every dollar I make, SM also makes a dollar, hobbling my business in such a profound way is absolute lunacy. Models hate this rule, customers hate this rule, SM loses out on money by having this rule; it's time for it to go. It appears that other sites haven't gone out of business allowing models to do their job however we like, so for goodness' sake get into the 21st century.
1. Its crucial to keep up with the competition. Every other site recognizes the need for followers in order to be successful. 2. Guys are constantly asking because they want to establish more of a connection. More connection means more money. 3. If i cant tell guys my twitter i lose potential followers who have no clue when im online because theyre not following me!!! Cmon man its common sense. It aint taking dollars out of your pocket to allow it. Thats backward thinking in 2016.
I am tired of SM being hypocrites and thinking they're upgrading, when they are DOWNGRADING. Every single cam server uses SMI, it's high tide they should get back in the game. I would like to see them include icon links in our broadcast screen for us like LiveJasmin & Chaturbate does. They have the technology. Tired of my favourite server going downhill!!
If we could keep our regulars updated on when we will and won't be online, I'm 100% positive there'd be an increase in profits.

It's silly to ask performers to retweet your site, then penalize or make it forbidden for them to mention Twitter while streaming.
