It's time that we get back what was unjustly taken from us as streamers and twitch.tv viewers. Streamers should be allowed to twerk on stream whether it be for donations, viewership, subscribers, or attention. Twitch already allows streamers to make money in a variety of questionable ways, why not twerking? We need to stand up TOGETHER and do something about this injustice.

The feedback I receive regarding current community guidelines suggests a growing desire for greater freedom in how creators choose to express themselves during broadcasts. I am currently reviewing the platform policy language to better prepare for a productive discussion with their support team.

Tho I don't prefer to see ppl twerking on a video game channel, but banning it totally is also not right. Let's streamers do what they like to do while they are playing their games
I think that twerking isn't that bad of a thing considering it's technically a dance and people are streaming things like "Just Dance" all the time. I don't see that game or other like it being banned considering it has some dance moves some people could consider "inappropriate" as well.
#Twerk4Twitch Please this is a basic human right. Every man woman and child should be allowed to twerk in public without ridicule or banning or arrestments.
We must bring back twerking ASAP. It is simply Un-American to restrict the freedom of speech of twitch streamers by in this way. Let them twerk! For America!
I'm honestly ashamed at this oppressive attitude from Twitch. There is clear culture denial and racism at work here, when even a dance that defines the black community gets banned. #takebacktwerking
Could we also allow streamers taking shots for every new subscriber. It already is against the rules, but people still do it. Might as well not even enforce this rule if people aren't going to be punished for it.

Twerking is a form of expression that we cannot deny streamers, male or female. Preventing these proud members of society from expressing their freedom to twerk is a travesty and the rules preventing it must be changed immediately.
