Based on overwhelming community feedback regarding the recent Board member implemented designated smoking section at our community pool, along with accompanying health concerns for community members - especially children - by signing this petition you are asking for a community based vote regarding the placement of a smoking section at the pool. The decision to implement was based on Board member votes alone and may not represent the desire of the community. OWNERS of the Villages at Castleberry: bylaws state we will need a 25% vote, which equates to 48/189 votes.
