Smoking at the Pool - Townhomes

Yes we support it.

Smoking at the pool is NOT acceptable, my Grandmother died of lung cancer so I am genetically a risk to 2nd hand smoke.

No smoking at or near the pool

We vote for no smoking at the pool. Why subject our community to an unnecessary health risk?

I vote no smoking at the pool if you want to smoke do it in your house or your backyard, not where there are lots of kids and people who don't want smoking and second hand smoke

We are in favor of the community-based vote on this issue, and use this opportunity to already in anticipation of the voting, to voice our collective vote that smoking in the pool area should be not be permitted.

I don’t want smoking in or around the pool. I am very angry that this was NOT voted on at our HOA meeting. The board should NOT be allow to vote or decide on this matter like this. 2nd hand smoke is serious, and shouldn’t be taken lightly! Those that wish to smoke need to leave the pool area, and I don’t mean to just step outside of the pool gated area. I don’t want to walk by someone smoking when I go in or out of the pool. I feel as neighbors we can, and will stand strong against smoking!!!!

I own 2 townhomes and I am placing a total of 2 votes, one for each lot. Thank you.

The last time I was at the pool with my granddaughter, she said - Nana, I smell smoke - and we were on the opposite side from where the women were smoking! I totally disagree with smoking being allowed inside the pool area!

I do not agree with the new designated smoking area inside the gated pool area. Those who wish to not be affected by smoke should not have to choose to leave the pool. Rather, those who wish to smoke should do so outside the gate in an area that is not directly near people and children enjoying the shared neighborhood facilities.

Smoking next to where kids play doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.

I do not agree with having the designated smoking area inside the pool gate, in the corner near the mushroom. Rather, I propose the designated area be moved to the pool parking lot.

I do not want to breath 2nd had smoke - this is totally unacceptable that it would even be allowed - ESPECIALLY around children!!
