I am honestly stunned to report that the association has changed course on this policy. This outcome belongs entirely to the 284 of you who spoke up when it felt like no one else was listening. Let us keep a close watch to ensure this stays in place.

I have recently become aware that the National Association of Realtors, along with the State and local associations have been supporting and advocating for "Smart Growth". "Smart Growth" is also known, among other terms, as "sustainable development", "sustainable communities" and the Wildlands Project.

Total overreach. Wake up people before we lose everything we own.
Property rights are sacred. Stop trying to control where we live and how we build!
Agenda 21 is a joke. Real estate agents should be fighting for us not selling us out to overseas bureaucrats.
Keep the UN out of our local neighborhoods. This is America not a global planning committee.
So tired of these hidden agendas forcing us into cramped cities. Leave my land alone.
