As homeowners of Sky Crossing, we are petitioning to remove the $5 charge per guest per visit fee. Instead we are hoping to implement a 2 free guests per visit rule.
For any ADDITIONAL guests OVER the 2 limit, the following charges will apply: Guests over 12 will cost $4/each per visit. Guests 4-12 are a reduced fee of $2/each per visit. Guests under age 4 are free. These charges can be paid via Credit Card or Cash.

The momentum behind this request is starting to feel heavy enough that they can no longer ignore us. I am exhausted by the constant back and forth but seeing so many neighbors agree on this makes me feel like we are finally gaining ground.

Seriously. I just want to have my niece over without it costing me money out of pocket every single time. It should be free for residents.
Agree with this. My parents come visit and it feels like I'm being punished for having them over. Way too expensive.
This is ridiculous. We pay enough in HOA fees already. Why are we getting nickle and dimed every time we want to have friends over.
$5 is way too much for a guest fee. The proposed 2 free guest plan sounds way more fair for everyone living here.
Yes!! Having to pay just to have two people over at the pool is crazy. Hope this gets changed fast.

Fix this. We already pay monthly dues that should cover facility access for guests. Getting sick of these extra fees.
