Due to Covid-19, the Seniors of SJCP have been going through this unfortunate time of quarantining and isolation with lost time from school, friends, and well-known events such as prom and senior week. High school graduation is one of the most important, momentous moments for many. The ceremony is representative of students' academic and extracurricular achievements. It is a way to recognize the people that supported each and everyone to get to this point. And it is the only way to truly close out this chapter of our lives.

We don't need a whole big stage or an auditorium. It doesn't have to be fancy and complicated. It can be on the lawn of the SJCP campus or the school stadium. The most important aspects of the graduation ceremony are the students, the faculty, and the families/friends and that is all we really care about. Getting everyone together one last time to acknowledge this accomplishment in our lives. On behalf of the senior class, I write you this proposal as we know it is possible to hold a graduation ceremony.

You have guided us throughout our high school career, don't let us go without the proper acknowledgment.
