we actually pulled it off and graduation is happening outside on the field just like we wanted. im so happy we get to have this moment together after everything. thanks for believing in this idea from the start.

Final supporters
Due to Covid-19, the Seniors of SJCP have been going through this unfortunate time of quarantining and isolation with lost time from school, friends, and well-known events such as prom and senior week. High school graduation is one of the most important, momentous moments for many. The ceremony is representative of students' academic and extracurricular achievements. It is a way to recognize the people that supported each and everyone to get to this point. And it is the only way to truly close out this chapter of our lives.
We don't need a whole big stage or an auditorium. It doesn't have to be fancy and complicated. It can be on the lawn of the SJCP campus or the school stadium. The most important aspects of the graduation ceremony are the students, the faculty, and the families/friends and that is all we really care about. Getting everyone together one last time to acknowledge this accomplishment in our lives. On behalf of the senior class, I write you this proposal as we know it is possible to hold a graduation ceremony.
You have guided us throughout our high school career, don't let us go without the proper acknowledgment.

As a 2017 grad, I hope the Class of 2021 gets to be a part of this loved tradition
My son worked so hard for this, he really deserves to walk across that stage. Please find a way to make it happen for these kids!
CMON SJCP! Do the right thing for the seniors.
Let’s close this great class of 2020 well.. We have beautiful grounds and parking at Saint John’s to abide by the governors rules to try and do a drive by or if gathering restrictions lift, have it inside or out with immediate family. :)
Please continue to find a way to make this an in- person graduation involving faculty, students and immediate families. Consider idea polls for options.
