I am Hélène Nicole, your neighbour at 1437 Kingston rd. for two years now.

I am planning to open a French café here with live music at night, afternoon activities for kids and parents plus of course great food!

The new bylaws in Toronto require that all new sit-down cafés supply parking or they can't have sit-down customers unless the zoning committee approves. I will start with a walk-in license, but I am looking to apply to the committee for an exemption to allow to offer you seats!
