Showing Time Petition
A number of agents have expressed frustration with the operation of Showing Time, and the inability of the company to address these problems over a period of several months. As the market activity continues to increase this year, we are finding this system to communicate with agents has continued to fail and not effectively notify everyone in a multiple offer situation. This really puts all of us at risk when an agent is not notified of pertinent information when negotiating in a multiple offer situation for a client’s largest asset. We are asking for your help to ensure we can have effective and immediate change in the problems of Showing Time or a return to Touchbase.
