my opinion is to either fix it so it has all the bells and whistles that it should have or go back to touchbase as it what was not broken to being with.

it could be great if the issues were corrected - easier communication with other agents and more reliable system

Lots of problems with this "better" system. TB wasn't great either, but at least it worked properly for what it was needed for.

In my opinion Touchbase is a superior program by far.

Showing Time is less effective, time consuming, glitches & backwards.
Touchbase was effective, simple, Communicative & Canadian. I just hope we are not hooked into a long contract.
Tired of ineffective change

ST is a very frustrating system to work with. The bugs should have been worked out before implementation. We, as members, shouldn’t have to waste our valuable time trouble shooting the glitches, instead of selling real estate.

It is definitely a lot more emails back and forth and not necessary, we are already busy enough to try and keep everyone with the right info and right the message. Anne

Frustrated with multiple things within showing time. One being the informing other agents who have interest on a property you are listing

Basically between showing time, martrix and the new format for writing offers. Not sure where my disappointment lies most.
Whats worse is trying to explain to clients why im not getting call backs or why agents are ao disconnected and a buyer with a lawyer is quicker to get a deal done.
Losing faith in this industry.
