The town just confirmed they are granting our extension. I am honestly stunned by how quickly this moved and I know it only happened because you showed up for this place. Please keep looking out for each other while we settle in for this extra time.

Park Fitness current lease with the Town of Deer Lake is set to expire the end of August 2018. We are currently seeking a new location and are requesting an extension of our current lease during this process. I am honestly a bit overwhelmed by the kindness people have shown toward this place. It never occurred to me that so many others saw the same value in our space as I did. This momentum belongs entirely to the community that stepped up to speak for us.

Please keep this wonderful facility... it is such a positive impact to our community and involves many youth and even seniours. Promotes happiness , health, and well-being , and dawns heart is in this facility and she cares for others. Would be a horrible asset to lose in our town.
Best of luck! This gym really got a lot of people, who would otherwise be inactive, involved in physical activity!!
It would be such a sad day to see this gym closed down. No reason why the lease shouldn't be extended beyond pure pettiness.
This has not only helped my son stay fit , but has also helped both my physical and mental strength. We need Park Fitness in our town !
We really appreciate a place like Park Fitness as we see real value in its part of keeping and developing a healthy and active lifestyle . Every age group needs a place with support of active fitness in their community! This is an awesome venue

Dawn has such positive influences in this community it would be a such a dissappointment to alot of people to loose such a mentor.
