The planning and zoning council officially granted the conditional use permit for the center. We have secured the legal approval necessary to begin operations in Selbyville. I will monitor the site preparation phase to ensure compliance with the terms of our agreement.

I am currently finalizing the formal request for the planning and zoning council to ensure our submission reflects the full scope of our operational needs. We are preparing a presentation for the upcoming public hearing that highlights the regional impact of our existing programs.

The volume of support for this permit has moved our position forward with the planning and zoning council. I am currently drafting a formal letter for the upcoming public hearing to present these results as evidence of community need.
