As a student, it is safe to conclude that the current dress code at my school puts a hold on who I really want to be. Dressing up everyday is something that I like to do in order to express myself. With this dress code, I cannot be myself which ultimately affects my mentality. Students should not be punished for being who they are!

Seeing this much support confirms I am not the only one feeling stifled by these rules. It is exhausting to fight this battle but knowing so many others back this cause gives me the strength to keep going.

The dress code at my school is so strict its ridiculous. We are there to learn not to get measured for our skirt length every five seconds.

LET THE KIDS WEAR WHAT THEY WANT. Its just clothes, focus on the actual education instead of policing what people wear.
