Hello, my name is Caroline Corbett. I am a student at Gruening Middle School in Eagle River, Alaska. I am participating in a class unit called Project Citizen. Our class's topic is sexual assault. We are working to prevent the amount of sexual assaults that occur in Alaska each year. One way to eliminate the amounts of sexual assault's that occur each year is by putting Green Dot Alaska in Anchorage School District curriculum. Green Dot is a project in preventing domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, child abuse, and bullying. The rates of all types of abuse are really high in Alaska. I am making this petition to get support to help put Green Dot Alaska in ASD curriculum. Your signature would help so many people from being sexually assaulted and teach many people about making a difference.
