Good morning Settler's Point community! I've posted a couple of times about the issues in regards to U-turns in front of our subdivision on Warner, mainly from the folks that go to either Lifetime Fitness or the retail center on the south side of Warner. I have heard from the Town of Gilbert and they have told our HOA that if 75%, or more, of our residents would like to see a no U-turn on Warner Road in front of our entrance/exit, they will put signs up! If you get frustrated, like we do, then please take a moment and reach out to our HOA! When I reached out to the HOA to see if they would assist us in working with the Town of Gilbert, I got "nothing we can do"...I'm not sure how much they care or how much effort they will make in order to get an idea how many homeowners would like this done. So if you would like those signs put up, let's flood our HOA with the requests! I think it would help us to get out of the subdivision a little easier and make it a little safer! Thank you!
