The Government of Mexico expects us to look the other way while they pursue an innocent man based on nothing but a bribed witness. We are continuing to push for the investigation they are terrified to open because they know the truth will expose their corruption.

The momentum behind this fight is becoming impossible for the Mexican government to ignore. Those in power chose to rely on a bought witness to frame an innocent man but we are exposing their corruption for the world to see.

Todo esto es una farsa. No hay pruebas reales y todos lo sabemos. Libertad para Sergio ya.
Llevamos años esperando una respuesta real. La verdad tiene que salir a la luz aunque sea tarde

Que barbaridad lo de los testigos comprados. MEXICO DESPIERTA esto no se puede quedar asi
INOCENTE. Es claro que nunca debio estar detenido. Justicia por Alejandra y por Sergio.

Desde 1998 que mi hermano fue condenado, el 9 de abril 2014 la Fiscal: KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE, by and through the undersigned Assistant State Attorney, and files this response to the defendant´s motion to correct illegal sentence. (She said), the convictions he received in the instant case are all for second degree felonies, which do not qualify for a Sexual Predator designation. El problema que ahora tenemos es que 2.5 meses despues NO HAN CUMPLIDO con lo aprobado por el Juez de la Corte a solicitud de la Fiscal. POR FAVOR, señor Sergio, puede ayudarme u orientarme que hacer. mI HERMANO NUNCA HA TENIDO ABOGADO PORQUE NO TENEMOS DINERO
