Stop Board of Education From Taking Down The Senior Class Murals, Which Are Part Of Tradition And Property of Past, Present, and Future Alumni of Our Wonderful, Diverse School.
I have officially requested a formal review of the mural removal policy with the district administrative office. We are currently organizing the archival documentation of these pieces to present as evidence of their historical significance during our upcoming meeting with the school board members.

Class of '01... I come back to the high school for various events and love seeing murals from people I went to HS with. Hoping that if they are in the way of renovations that the HS can find a way to move and keep them.

As an alumnus from the class of 1978, I can state that it would be nice to see something from my graduating class at WCCHS. Alas, our signatures were wiped away the day after we graduated. Please allow these young people to retain a link with their high school. It's community spirit!

If they want to move the murals for the construction they can do that! But let's put them somewhere else in the building. The students put hard work into those, and it is disrespectful to the memory of the amazing students that walked through those hallways to get rid of them.

All of the murals are apart of the Wildcat culture. Without them the walls will be barren. The art in the hallways inspires creativity in the minds of the students. Don't let the creativity die!

Seeing these murals shows current students what was important to that senior class at the time. It's important to see what events happened in that year especially the mural from 2001. Truly hope the murals stay.

Graduated in 2010 from wcchs one of my favorite things about wcchs was walking through senior hall and looking at all the murals and seeing how every generation had changed. Please keep the murals.

I hated that place, but I'd be pretty pretrubed if those were removed. #allmuralsmatter
