We petition the state of texas to return Christian Finlayson to the mother Melissa Finlayson and revoke all parental rights granted to Tyler Roberts. The courts should have never removed the child from the mother and took him out of his home environment. The court has not proven neglect or abuse. This case was rushed through the system with out the mother being notified of court dates and the case was defaulted to the father. This case should be reviewed and legal aid granted to the mother.
