We the undersigned request the court to return Dakota Addington to his mother Stella. Dakota is a 10 year old boy that has had several health and developmental issues since he was approximately 2 years of age. Because Dakota's mother followed their doctors advice, she has now been accused by Child Protective Services as 'making her child weak and ill for her own financial gain and publicity.' Tho Stella has documentation from physicians from Riley Hospital as well as from their family physician, DCS removed Dakota from his loving mother, (his father passed died when Dakota was 6 weeks of age). Stella has done nothing but be a good, caring, and loving mother to her son. The grief and stress that CPS has placed on these two individuals is an outcry of injustice! Please return Dakota back to his rightful home and his loving mother.
