We are asking that Crystal Raucci-Robert. As well as her son be kept free and that my son be returned home to Maine without further delay. He went on vacation with family to Tennessee after being picked up in Maine, and he has never returned to Maine. Maine has been and remains the home state of both of us, and I have never lived in Tennessee at all.

Since the beginning, Meigs County has tried to take jurisdiction over my son and has also tried to take jurisdiction over me. I have fought personal jurisdiction over myself from day one. My family is myself and my son only. Family that took my son  never had  home state in Tennessee and still does not. I have been trying to get my one and only child back to his home in Maine, but the court will not respond to me and has hindered due process from the start.

Judge Casey Stokes has not allowed me to submit my Maine, Connecticut, or Massachusetts custody papers for my son. Before court and after court, I have made it clear that I want my son returned to me. Also the fact I have twice gotten custody of my son from this family member in Massachusetts twice before and then they ran to tn and did it again.  This situation has gone on long enough, and it is deeply painful for a parent to be kept from a child like this.i his mother have had sole physical custody of him his whole life he is 11 years old soon to be 12. 

We are calling for the immediate return of my son to Maine, for the court to recognize Maine as the home state, for my papers to be accepted, and for fair process to be restored. No family should have to fight this hard just to bring a child home.
