Dear all,

It has come to my attention that dr. Seiffarth will be leaving UCR. I am personally very sad about this, because I really appreciate his teaching methods both in rhetorics and german. I'm not entirely sure if dr. Seiffarth is being fired or whether he is leaving himself, but in any case I want to show him and UCR that there are students that really appreciate him (regardless of or particularly because of his unstructured and provocative way of teaching), which is the least we can do. If it is true he is being fired, I hope that maybe through this petition we can undo that decision, if it's not too late. I will send the result of this petition both to the dean and to dr. Seiffarth. So if you were happy to have this goofy, funny man teach you rhetoric or german, let your voice be heard!
