This petition is for those who wish to have security on the door on Friday and Saturday nights. McDonald's has begun to feel like an unsafe workplace for many employees, with antisocial behaviour and abuse towards staff becoming an issue within the restaurant. This creates a hostile environent for employees and will also create an unpleasant experience for customers. Those who have been at 090 for long enough can remember what it was like to have security on the door and have noticed the difference.

the amount of abuse the staff get on a friday night is disgusting. they dont get paid enough for that crap
needed asap. my shift last week was legit nightmare fuel
yeh nah to be fair when that lad started cutting about with his shoes off dripping blood on the floor i started to question some desicions, if security wasn’t there sam would’ve got absolutely nuttered 100%
we need more security to maintain the safety of the staff members here at McDonald’s, as we feel like we do not have enough protection.
As the parent of one of your younger employees, I am becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the level of antisocial behaviour that your employees have to manage. This is absolutely not part of their job description, and needs better management.

Used to work there years ago and it was always rough on weekends but now it sounds like a total joke. Get some bouncers back on the door before someone gets properly hurt.
