This is a petition asking the University of Cape Town to employ more CPS officers at Forest Hill, install a boom gate at the vehicle entrance on Main Road, and ensure the the F block gate and G block gates have a CPS officer stationed near them at all times

The administration at UCT continues to ignore our safety while students remain vulnerable to regular break-ins. I am currently compiling every single report of theft to force them to look at the reality of this failure.

The momentum behind this push proves the administration can no longer ignore our safety concerns at Forest Hill. We have finally hit a level of support that forces UCT management to take notice of our demands.

WAY TOO DANGEROUS RN
My laptop got taken right outside F block last week. We literally need someone there all the time or it will just keep happening.

PLEASE fix the gates. Walking in at night is so sketchy lately and the guards are never around when you actually need them.
