We, the undersigned are concerned about the late-night noise in the East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood related to the Scoot Inn located at 1308 E. 4th St. We are also concerned about the street parking problems related to the 1000+ capacity at the Scoot with no provided parking (and the late night noise related to patrons returning to their cars parked in front of residences). We would like to petition for the following solutions:
- 8pm weekday and 10pm weekend music curfew or eliminate outdoor performances
- Adequate off-street parking be provided by the Scoot Inn for concert goers and patrons. (This could also possibly entail reducing the capacity limit.)
