I'm petitioning for the following:

1.) Federal mandates that all schools and universities must have metal detectors on campus. 3+ depending on the size of the school.

2.)Hire retired or honorable discharged vets to run a post before anyone can get into the school after school has started. Run drivers licenses and make sure their kids got to school there.

Schools have money for new uniforms, new footballs and basketballs, new blechers, ect.......you have money for some metal detectors and to hire at least one font line defense person for this.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

I'm not political I have no idea if this the route to go, but I'm a father of 3 and one in college, one in middle school and the other is in high school. It's only a matter of time before we or you are going through what just happened in Florida and all around our great nation. I'm also a hunter and gun owner. The guns themselves do not kill, there's no one that can debate that to me. We also cannot help people that are mentally ill and don't come forward about it. We can't help the ones being bullied and now outcast-ed on social media. We need to do some little things just to make it safer. Get real people, it's not the same F!@#ing time when we went to school. Did you hear about all these shootings happening 80's, 70's and older? There's always talk during voting time that "You can make a change".....well here I am taking the initiative to try and make a change.
