We the undersigned call upon planning authorities to refuse permission to proposals by BCB Environmental Management Limited to Change the use of a warehouse and adjoining land to an Energy from Waste Facility / Incineration Plant, including an 18m high chimney stack on land at Marston Moor Business Park, Tockwith - only a few hundred metres from a housing estate and a school. BACKGROUND ========== A planning application has been submitted to create a gasification plant very close to the village of Tockwith, North Yorkshire, and also to the village school. This matter is currently under consideration by North Yorkshire County Council.
