A petition to Spelthorne Borough Council. As members of the Community of Spelthorne and surrounding areas, we implore you, as a matter of extreme urgency to seek a Judicial Review in the Royal Courts of Justice, of Surrey County Council's decision to grant planning permission for a polluting, inefficient, and potentially lethal Gasifier/Incinerator, and assorted waste 'treatment' plant at Charlton Lane, Shepperton.
