The zoning board has approved the permit and the facility is moving forward. It has been a long and draining road to get here but I am relieved we finally reached this point. We need to stay observant as they break ground to ensure the process remains as transparent as …

Terryville/Plymouth Residents Speak UP!!!!

Prepare To Act LLC is looking to purchase the property at 82 Wolcott rd and construct an outdoor shooting facility. It has recieved much opposition mainly from residents that have been very misinformed. Most of us own property adjacent to Plainville Fish and Game and the statement of this new facility decreases our property values is misleading. This new facility will use 21st century technology and will be environmentally mindful and safe to ALL area neighbors. This town needs to attract new businesses in order to return to what this area once was. Prepare to Act LLC is much more than just a GUN RANGE. Visit their website preparetoact.com and see their many family/childrens programs they offer.

If You are a Terryville or Plymouth resident, please send a message to the zoning board that there are residents that would enjoy this facilty.

PLEASE let your voice be heard and say YES to this project by signing the petition!!!

We hit two hundred and fifty signatures today. It has been a long and draining road dealing with the misinformation, but seeing this level of support helps keep me going.

I live near the range in Thomaston and hear firing during the day. It is NOT annoying or bothersome. Say "yes" to the range . Chris will run the facility safely with proper rules and regulations in place.

Before you decide yes or no do a little research. Get the facts straight. Something will eventually go in that space. How about a business that cares about its community... Gives back... Is beneficial to area...

YES!! My daughter at 10 loved to shoot but with all the dam rules here in ct I have to wait to get out to PA where I can let her shoot sun up to sun set. Lighten up people why can't the next Olympic shooter be a kid from northwest ct.

Please see past stereotypes and hype. Prepare to Act and this range will provide many great services for the community. This will help, not harm. Support this endeavor.

perfect place for it, it's a win win for everyone , The town will save tax payers money by have their officers qualify right in town instead of them driving over to Meriden Ct to qualify once a year.

Just what this town needs, a little bit of life in it. It is a boring and dull place business wise, the town needs to attract new businesses and this is a good start.
