I oppose the 32 unit multifamily development proposed to be located behind the
Medina Entertainment Center. It is not an
appropriate use of the parcel and not a good fit for Medina.
The feedback from neighbors is consistent and clear. I am currently preparing our testimony for the next council session.

If the Council approves this development they will be ignoring their duty to faithfully carry out the laws of the city, because the development breaks the units per acre ordinance.
In other words, this is illegal.

This project is a bad idea for the area. Infrastructure cant handle it and it doesnt fit the neighborhood at all.

WHY ARE THEY TRYING TO CRAM THIS IN??? Medina is supposed to be about open space not high density apartments. Keep the character of our town ffs.

Seriously? Another apartment complex. We moved here to get away from this kinda stuff. Please listen to the residents for once.

No to the Dominium project. It is clearly against the city plan and the neighbors are overwhelmingly against it. Stop ignoring us.

Too many units for that small lot. Traffic is already a nightmare near the entertainment center and this is just gonna make it worse for everyone living nearby.
