I honestly never thought this would reach a hundred signatures when I first started it. It is humbling to see that so many neighbors care about this as much as I do.

We have lived here 20 years and came here specifically for the Rural life style and small town feel, yes even before it was a city. Protect our bit of paradise or it will turn into Roswell, Alpharetta, or God forbid Sandy Springs or Johns Creek.
I am a builder in this area. I understand the ramifications of this designation as written, and I fully object to its passage. Milton is unique and special because of it's rural nature. Please do not destroy that with this change. Thanks.
Presently 30 acres will yield a max. of 26 houses after infrastructure. Under CSO, 30 acres will yield 54 houses after infrastructure. This is NOT conservation but an attempt to circumvent the "No Sewer" promise Vote No!
We need to keep our beautiful green Milton green. Maintaining septic versus public sewer will keep our community a country feel while still building and growing. We moved from the East side of 400 to Milton in 1997 specifically for the country landscape a large lots.
I am opposed to the CSO. No more high density housing. Take note of the recent elections in Roswell. All three candidates opposing high density housing won, two of them defeating long time incumbents. We don't need more traffic, more density, more pressure on our schools!
Keep Milton horse country
Since we voted Milton into existence there have been developers trying to divide the properties for their personal gain. If our Mayor and city council do not support the will of the people that they support. They need to go, we have a say and we need to voice it.

This CSO is low on the Conservation and high on the Subdivision (Density). I don't see how so many in Milton can support these thinly veiled measures unless they are personally/professionally benefitting from the outcome. Milton Residents, please stand up and say "NO!"
