Since we voted Milton into existence there have been developers trying to divide the properties for their personal gain. If our Mayor and city council do not support the will of the people that they support. They need to go, we have a say and we need to voice it.

We've lived here for almost 24 years - moved from a very densely populated metro area and thought we'd come to heaven. Please keep this the magic place that it is!

We have enough development. Joe go be the mayor of Johns Creek! It’s already over populated, right up your alley!!

Our mayor wants to destroy Milton. This shouldn’t even be an issue. I’m sure his construction company will be all over this..double dipping at its finest. The entire purpose of Milton was keep it small and rural. Nothing but lies, increased taxes and over crowded schools.

Enough with the developer threats of higher density.
Enough with this congestion.
You act in our behalf or your gifts from these developers will be short lived. We are tired of
Mor, and more. Put a moratorium for 2 years in place now. No more building.
Increase water and sewer fees to $25k per unit for developers.

NO, I most vehemently do not want community septic or other density-increasing tactics in Milton. Keep Milton as rural and undeveloped as possible!

Milton is such a great place to live, largely because of its rural qualities. Please do not allow building on small plots of land which will increase density and overcrowding. Thanks!

We recently moved to the Atlanta area and decided upon Milton due to its rural feel and lack of congestion which is experienced in Alpharetta/Johns Creek. The proposed CSO would damage our ability to keep Milton rural.
Our elected Milton officials should continue to oppose any and all zoning changes which damage the fiber of what makes Milton special vs. our neighboring cities.

I moved away from johns creek to get away from the over building (small lots) and traffic issues. Milton has been known for their beautiful horse country. This is why people love Milton and want to move here.
Keep Milton horse country

Please don't pass this. Only 1 house per acre.
