Even though i do not live on the Sanders Ferry peninsula I am apposed to the rezoning of the area on Sanders Ferry that will cause more traffic bleeding into Main Street, making it a large problem with traffic on Main Street.

Not just against this project, high density without a plan. We need a long range growth plan for our community. If there is one, our leadership should go out of their way to share and engage the community in the process.

Justification for rezoning is not supported due to the lack of conformity. It does not promote the general health, safety and welfare nor does it enhance any of the surrounding neighborhood.

I have many concerns about this rezoning by Gary Lutfey…too many questions about the build have gone unanswered…one major concern I have is that he is planning on an underground parking garage…this will include blasting which will affect a lot of homes in the area….Please vote no tho the rezone.

There is too much traffic on the peninsula already. In the event of an emergency (dam break, flooding, evacuation, etc.), there are only 2 ways off the peninsula. Lives of people who already live here would be in danger.

The proposed rezone and development plans are not appropriate for this are. My husband I recently moved here and we specifically chose this peninsula because we like the existing character and the quietness. We moved out of Nashville to get away from large developments.

No more building until you can fix the infrastructure! The bypass is atrocious and our traffic is horrendous!
