There’s nothing worse than getting stuck behind an old person going 20 MPH on Sanders Ferry. Imagine another 400 of them living here! LOL. Please No!

No more building in Hendersonville period. I was born and raised in Hendersonville since 1980 and Hendersonville is busting out. This does not feel like home and I’m over all our beautiful land being stripped away and causing more traffic. DO NOT APPROVE THIS!

This will cause additional traffic issues, and be a huge eyesore.

We don’t need anymore development in this area. Especially along the lake areas. It’s insane enough as it is.

No more development!!!! If we wanted to live in a crowded, over populated city we would have moved to one. Keep Hendersonville the way it is!

As 13 year residents don’t believe Hendersonville and it’s lake need this type development. Traffic on that street for residents and those visiting the lake and wildlife is already difficult there. We came to Hendersonville for the more relaxed lifestyle it touted.

The planning committee did not approve and I hope BOMA doesn’t either.
