We, the undersigned, call on Sellersville Borough Council to take all measures necessary and to utilize any resources that may be required to DENY approval of the Planned Residential Development known as Elmhurst Gardens submitted by Curtis Building Co.

This area is already inundated with more traffic than it can handle, let alone the environmental concerns. I strongly oppose this. Please keep Sellersville safe for our children!

A six story apartment complex with low income housing will seriously diminish the value of the properties around it and will become a deterrent for future middle and upper income families and businesses. Protect Sellersville for the future. Don't let it become a Norristown.
