The traffic maps for this intersection are already a nightmare. Adding more density here is completely short-sighted and we are pushing back.

The momentum behind this is undeniable. It is clear this neighborhood is not backing down.

There’s enough multi unit apartment complexes in the area that are destroying the natural landscape and eco system not to mention the traffic congestion which is already a nightmare, getting worse.
It would be much appreciated if instead of apartments we applied the money towards more recreational space like a park. To see more green is what I would appreciate more.
Keep this area for business suites. Too much crime with apartments already in the area
I do NOT want any more apartments near our neighborhood of Encanterra. Do not change the zoning designation for the area in question.
A nice park would be perfect! High density apartments would add so much traffic to an already congested Buffalo and Sunset intersection! Single family would be more acceptable.
Please put a park around this area. We need more green!

A park is needed in this neighborhood for the existing residents. Adding more residents without any green space would be a huge detriment to this area.
