I’ve been a resident out in this area since 2002. I moved out here when there was nothing and have seen the views being more and more obstructed and the traffic increased, higher taxes, and more pollution. I strongly oppose more high density construction. Enough is enough!

We opposed high density housing a few years back when they wanted to place it off of Durango and Peeble. Moving it a little further west and south does not change the fact that this is the wrong area for this type of housing.

There are not enough businesses, restaurants and stores in this area of town. Too many houses and apartment buildings are being built and there's no infrastructure keeping up with housing. NO on high density! And certainly NO on LOW RENT.

We do not want any more apartments in Mountains Edge, especially low rent apartments. That does not help home values for those in this area. Additionally this area is overcrowded and our children suffer in crowded classes, as a result.

We do not need any more aparrments in this area. The roads cannot support the exrra traffic. The area desperately needs more commercial properties to provide jobs and convenience to it's already established residents.

My back wall would goes up to this lot and I am completely opposed to apartments being built here. I have lived for here for 6 years and I would not feel safe with apartments directly behind my home.
