The feedback from local shoppers has been heavy and honest because everyone knows exactly what losing this store means for the neighborhood. I have been spending my time chasing down leads for a meeting with the council even if the progress feels slow right now. This is a grind but retreating is not an option.

Seeing this kind of momentum is heavy and humbling. I am exhausted by the fight but knowing so many of you care about Beeston makes it impossible to quit now.

where else am I supposed to get my cleaning stuff and cheap bits. so stupid to close it
please dont take our wilkos away. ive shopped there for years and it would be a huge loss for all the locals.
Wilkos is the only reason I come into town. If it goes the high street is finished.
Total madness. hope they listen to us for once
