Woolworths Old Reynella is one of two grocery stores in the township. It is conveniently located and was established some 15 years ago. According to the local newspaper this week, due to low patronage Woolies are closing this store as of June 25, 2017.
This can not happen without a fight! The local community and surrounding suburbs depend on Woolworths and we need it to remain open. The local businesses will also suffer greatly if it closes. Please join us in doing all we can for people power to ensure the survival of Woolworths Old Reynella!

Just moved into area Woolworths is my usual store I shop at. This one is so close to my home and I love it

Will severely disadvantage local residents and turn the area into a ghost town
It would be a shame and it will also bring the whole shopping center down.

Great little supermarket with wonderful staff. Some of your customers don't drive and don't want to travel by public transportation in all weathers when we've been able to walk. Really disappointed at the lack of consideration by the shareholders. While per sq return may not be the same as others, they were never given the same full range, so how could they compete on an equal footing? Wishing everyone of them the best, and thank them for the exemplary service over the years.
