To: local residents of CB2 Manhattan: FFI is in pursuit of a new 4am Liquor License for its operations at 173 Mott St. This license will allow the 55-seat restaurant "The Mott" to fulfill its commitment to the neighborhood and NYC in delivering an extraordinary dining experience, highlighted by the culinary talents of Chef Brian Bieler. The license will also allow "Lucky's Eleven", an adjoining bar space with 94 table seats, to serve alchohol with an exceptional small-plates menu to its selectively mature clientele in a safe and comfortable setting. 173 Mott St. has a maximum legal capacity of 205 persons (55 upstairs, 150 downstairs). FFI is committed in its efforts to show due respect for the quality of life of the local neighborhood. FFI will be presenting at the September 8th CB2 Manhattan SLA subcommittee meeting so please contact us with any concerns (Fred Loh 917-952-4920; Gordon Adams 917-656-1011) "We, the undersigned, are members of the local Community (CB2 Manhattan) who urge support for FFI in their pursuit of a new SLA-approved On Premise liquor license for their operations at 173 Mott St. CB2 Boundaries are 14th St (North), Canal St (South), Bowery/4th Ave (East), and the Hudson River (West)"

FFI thinks they can just walk into our neighborhood and demand a 4am liquor license without facing any real resistance. They are banking on us being too tired to fight back but this petition is proving them dead wrong.

We need more places like this in the neighborhood. The menu is great and it would be a huge loss if they cant stay open late.

Finally some good food in this area that doesn't close at 10pm. Hope they get the license.

Support this!! We need businesses that actually care about the community instead of just causing trouble.

173 Mott is always super professional. It is way better than the noise we have to deal with from other spots on this block.
